When You Need to Start Again

Desperate frustrated woman suffering from depression. Sad girl alone at home. Mental health, anxiety depressive thoughts.

Scripture
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19)

Starting over feels vulnerable. It means admitting something didn’t work.

But new beginnings are not punishment. They are mercy.

God specializes in restoration. Joel 2:25 says He restores the years the locusts have eaten.

Your past does not disqualify your future.

It is not too late. Not too broken. Not too messy.

God is not done writing your story.

Sherelle’s Thoughts
“New beginnings require courage. Release regret. Reframe endings as redirection. Reconnect with hope.”

Framework applied:

  1. Release — Forgive yourself for what didn’t work.
  2. Reframe — View today as opportunity, not failure.
  3. Reconnect — Invite God into your fresh start.

Practical Application

  • Write one bold step toward your new chapter.
  • Speak Isaiah 43:19 aloud daily.
  • Surround yourself with supportive voices.

Reflection Questions

  1. What regret do I need to release?
  2. What new thing might God be doing?
  3. What first step can I take today?

Prevail Declaration
“My story is not over. I release regret. I reframe endings as beginnings. I reconnect with hope. I will prevail NOW.”
